Neil, that's got to be the stupidest question you've ever asked in the show. Of course I'm not driving away business. I'm trying to attract business. What are you talking about? Right, but we do, we subconsciously, we will sabotage ourselves and drive away business by making things more complicated. Go back to the question a couple days ago on the show. You know what are you over complicating? Complication drives...

...away business. It tells people you're hard to work with and it drives them away. And you're not out there screaming hey, don't work with me, but suddenly, a subtlely, that's the word subtly you are sending the message that, Hey, I'm hard to work with, this isn't going to be fun, this product isn't that great. You know, we send these subtle messages that drive away business. So today, you know, just think through what are what subtle message are you sending that's driving away business, that's telling people not to work with you or buy from you? This could be this could probably be a very challenging question, because it's not. I mean, if it was apparent to you, you wouldn't be doing it right. But that's the whole purpose of today is to kind of reflect and look for those things that aren't apparent to you and fix them. Now, I know you're trying to attract more business. So if you're trying to figure out your exact perfect customer and the perfect offer for that customer and you're not having luck with...
