It's time for you. Can't just stops big ask question of the day. Welcome to you. Can't just stop the place for quietly stubborn entrepreneurs with big goals and dreams. After encountering hundreds of I achieving athletes, entrepreneurs and world changers, I've discovered that many times their impact comes from the questions they ask as much as the actions they take. That's why I invite you to answer a question each and every day to reach your goals. If someone wanted to make me very angry using only words, what would they have to say to me? So what's your trigger? What is it that somebody has to say to you that you just instantly you're just going to go off inside your own head? What is what are the what is the phrase or the the sentence that is just going to make you spin out of control again, this is a very personal question. I probably I'm not going to share with you what I think of when I think of this question all, other than to say...

...that usually it says a lot more about me than about them. So when they say something to me that really just makes me go off in whatever direction, into a self loathing place, into a dark place, into a hateful place, whatever it is, when somebody says something to me that triggers me. That's the phrase of two, two thousand and twenty one. Whenever I have been triggered, it's my own fault, usually that that's something that I'm giving meaning to, that I shouldn't be giving meaning to. Our I'm giving power to a person I shouldn't be giving power to. So you know, is there some phrase that sets you off and why? Why does that phrase set you off, and is there a way that you can take away the power of that phrase? What you can? What can you do to minimize that or prevent that from happening? Maybe it's just keeping this person or people... that at out of your life, or maybe it's just learning to spin that in a different direction. I mean, many times when I've had this happened to me and I think back about the conversation, I realize that I'm making assumptions, one of the one of the deadly sins, right, I'm making assumptions about what they mean by that or the meaning behind that, and many times, when I go back and analyze, that meaning wasn't really there. My assumption wasn't true and I gave someone power over me that I shouldn't have. So what's that phrase for you and how can you minimize its impact? That's all for today's question.
